How payment works and what happens if your plans change. Two rules, no small print.
Payment happens in two stages. You pay part of it when you book to confirm, and the rest before arrival.
Versi il 35% del totale. È la quota che blocca le date e rende la prenotazione definitiva.
Il restante 65% non lo versi tu: lo addebitiamo noi sulla stessa carta, in automatico, 30 giorni prima dell'arrivo. Qualche giorno prima ti scriviamo per ricordartelo.
Questa regola viene prima di tutte le altre. Chi prenota entro 10 giorni dall'arrivo versa l'intero importo alla prenotazione: non c'è un acconto separato, e non c'è un saldo da prendere dopo. Sopra i 10 giorni valgono le due parti qui sopra — 35% subito e 65% prima dell'arrivo — e le condizioni di rimborso più sotto.
La caparra del 35% non viene restituita, qualunque sia il preavviso. Le percentuali qui sotto si applicano quindi al solo saldo, cioè al 65% del totale.
And one thing to know before reading the table: the balance is charged automatically on the day the first band begins. If you cancel before that day you do not receive a refund, simply because nothing beyond the deposit has been taken yet.
